Dear Aspirants
The Qs paper of GS I, prima facie, was on the tougher side.
Cut- off, presumably, would come down
Around 80 - 90, possibly
Loaded towards Curr Aff - mainly international agreements
Very less from Geography
Some qs on History were daunting.
e.g Keshab Chandra's [2 & 3 only], Araghatta [waterwheel]
Lesson : Aspirants need to read regularly, & keep updated on Curr Aff
2. Curr Aff again turns out to be the holy cow.
----------------
On a lighter note, We could tangentially touch few qs :
1. Prorogation - Bills do NOT lapse - Class Discussion on 31st July
2. UDAY Scheme - Q37, 31st July Simulated
3. SDR Currency - 24th July GS Simulated, Q24
4. Trans-Pacific partnership - 24th July Q21 & Q32, 31st July Simulated
5. India - Africa SUmmit, ASTROSAT - in our Curr Aff updates
6. BEPS - discussed in Class
7. Mangalyaan - 31st July Simukated, Q100
8. Paris Climate Change Conference - Q43, Curr Aff & Contemporary events
9. We stressed on Govt Yojanas in our Test Series - trend was definitely towards that
