Meet the gentlemen who made it to
the top bureaucracy of West Bengal Civil Services by cracking the code of 2014
examination.
Mr Rajan Agarwal is an Engineer
with an IT background. He is inquisitive, loves to work in a time-bound
fashion, and somewhat restless to reach the top bureaucracy. He loves changes
as well as challenges. He gets into WBCS Executive & aspires to work as
a Block Development Officer. Nevertheless, his bigger goal is to get through
